On the morning of April 17th, vice minister of the Ministry of Commerce, Gao Hucheng, attended a seminar held in the Exhibition Hall of Liu-Hua by those key textile-export enterprises. There were representatives of 25 export-oriented enterprises from all over China.

Attendances expressed that, at present, the limited export quota management on textile stipulated by the Ministry of Commerce have well considered the interests of all parties and exhibited the principle of fairness, justice and transparence. Government shall keep its policy stable and balance the relation between fairness and efficiency in a bid to create a predictable exporting trade future for enterprises.
