Ministry of Commerce made a public notice on June 25^th that referrring to the anti-dumping case for Ployamide-6,6 which initiated on Nov. 14^th 2008, the primary judge indicated the imported Ployamide-6,6 from the US, Italy, UK, France and Taiwan did dumping into Chinese market. The Chinese mainland Ployamide-6,6 industry is hurt by this dumping. And there is consequence between this dumping and hurt.

Based on the regulation of China Anti-dumping Law, MOC decided to execute temporary anti-dumping meatures through the way of caution money. This meature was in effect since June 26^th 2009, details as following: 30.7% for US Solutia��s products; 20.2% for Invista, 34.4% for other American companies; 10.7% for Italy Radici Plastics, 20.9% for other Italian companies; 28.8% for Invista (British), 28.8% for other British companies; 33.7% for French companies; 37.5% for Taiwan companies
