The first online high temperature dyeing waste recylce system in home textile industry in China is under successive operation in Shandong Qingdao XIYINGMEN Group Corporation. After more than one year��s trial, this system has achieved the designed guide line and run in 24 hours a day.

This system adopts microwave UV activator oxidation decolorization recylce tenology. When treating the dyeig waste, it also resloves the cotton dust in the waste and realizes the closed circulation of water and heat energy. The testing report read that COD<10mg/L and SS <50mg/L. The towel also has good soft handle.

This project is joint completed by Wuhan Science & Technology Institute, Wuhan Fangyuan Environment Technology Co., Ltd. and Qingdao XIYINGMEN Group. It achieves the international advanced level and owns the intellectual property rights.
