According to the State Statistics Bureau, the overall consumer price went down 1.6% in Feb. Of which, the city consumer price went down 1.9%; rural region down 0.8%. Eatable goods price down 1.9%; Non-eatable down 1.2%; Service price down 1.8%. Comparing to last month, the overall consumer price remained unchanged, while eatable price up 0.8%. Clothing price went down 2.3% to previous month.

Accumulating Jan. and Feb., the overall consumer price went up 1.0%. Clothing price down 2.5%. Home appliances and service up 2.4%; Transporation and communication down 2.8%; Entertainment and culture down 0.4%; Residential down 2.6%.
