The 4th U. S. – China Strategic Economic Dialogue opened on June 17 in Annapolis, Maryland, USA. Chinese Vice-Premier Wang Qishan, who is Chairman Hu Jintao’s special representative, and Paulson, Minister of Finance in U. S., who is U.S. President Bush’s special representative, co-presided over the dialogue.
