2007 Textile/Apparel Imports Increase 4.18 Percent

In 2007, China imported 17.103 billion U.S. dollars (USD) worth of textiles and apparel, which represented a 4.18 percent year-on-year increase. Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and Hong Kong were the main suppliers, with imports from Asia accounting for 15.022 billion USD of the volume.
