The fair covered 3,000 square meters and attracted over 100 Chinese leading companies with self-owned intellectual properties and brands from Beijing, Shandong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Shanghai. The list of exhibitors included Shandong Ruyi, Shandong Sinoer, Shandong Sunvim, Zibo Lanyan, Qingdao Jifa, Jiangsu Bosideng, Shanghai Shenda, Zhejiang Jodoll and Zhejiang Mengna etc. and the exhibits ranged from men’s/women’s wear, casual wear, garment accessories and fabrics to home textiles.
The fair did not merely give prominence to the trade and business, but more attention to the exchanges of information and culture between the textile and clothing sectors of Europe and China. At the fair ground, the organizing committee staged fashion shows of famous Chinese brands to showcase China’s achievements in fashion through the impressive performance of super Chinese models. The seminar between both European and Chinese textile and clothing industries were organized and Jiangsu Wuxi International Textile and Fashion Mega Mall also valued the fair as one of the key stops for its worldwide road shows.
Thanks to the successful convention of China Textile and Apparel Trade Fair in New York, the United States, sponsored also by CNTAC, in the last successive seven years, and the in-depth investigation to the markets, China Textile and Apparel Trade Fair (Germany) has successfully benefited the European consumers by providing high-quality products in China made in China with reasonable prices. As for the greatest significance of creating such a platform was to bridge up the exchanges and cooperation between the two textile and clothing industries of Europe and China and thus to promote the trade and further cooperation of the two industries.
